The sterilization time has decreased, it remains on only a few seconds, then it turns off, without ending the sterilization cycle. What can I do?

If your Nuvita 1082 switches off after a few seconds, leaves water residues at the bottom and doesn't complete the sterilization cycle then it's necessary to perform a correct removal of the limestone that may have formed on the bottom of the product as it's not visible to the naked eye, hidden by the white plastic safety grid. For a quick removal of the limestone, we recommend pouring a glass full of white vinager diluted with some distilled water. The sterilizer must be disconnected from the power suply to perform this cleaning. Leave the vinegar and water mixture to work for a few hours. We recomend repeating this process at least once a week for an optimal use of the product.
