Can the Dream Wizard 7100 Nuvita pillow, with microspheres, be machine washed?

The Nuvita Dream Wizard 7100 pillow can be machine-washed at a low temperature (no more than 30 �), with mild neutral detergents. To eliminate bacteria and germs we recommend adding a tablespoon of baking soda to the detergent. Do not use bleach detergents. The program to be used is for delicate washing (eg synthetic / wool) with a delicate spin. To prevent and avoid the dispersion of the microspheres in the washing machine, it is advisable to leave the cushion inserted in its cover. After washing, do not tumble dry, preferably in the open air and not under direct sunlight. Excessive heat can damage the microspheres.
